The air conditioned and heated accommodation comprises of a beautifully appointed master bedroom with king size double bed and is complete with an en-suite and double wardrobe, drawers and other storage. The amazing views from the twin sliding glass doors that lead onto the balcony, look out to the glistening blue sea of the Mediterranean and the Castillo de la Duquesa and far-reaching views to Estepona.
The second twin bedroom offers twin sliding doors to a Juliet balcony, looking on to the gardens, it also contains a double wardrobe, drawers and a master shower room with sink, toilet etc.
The kitchen and utility are fully equipped like a home from home, including a dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, coffee machine, tumble dryer, washing machine and essential provisions for all the cooks amongst you!
The modern lounge with dining area, offers a comfortable place to relax. With new furniture, stylish décor, TV, books CD’s and FREE WIFI!

Leading off the lounge is a good size sun terrace, which joins the master bedroom terrace, offering a large rattan table, sofa and two chairs, with fantastic views to the sea.
The beautiful large pool area is gated for the security of children and to keep it animal free. There are free sun loungers on the grass surrounding the pool, with showers, WC’s and litter bins.
To keep the car cool, a private underground parking is reserved for our guests with a lift to the first-floor apartment. All public areas are immaculate and well maintained by the owners and management company.
